Transform Your Timber Supply Chain.

From manual spreadsheets to real-time, AI-driven procurement. Optimize your logistics and slash costs with the first dedicated workspace for professional timber companies.

The problem

The End of the 'Excel Tax'.

Procurement shouldn't be a manual guessing game. mySilva removes the friction of fragmented price lists and route inefficiency, giving your team a single source of truth for every cubic meter of wood.

Buyer prices drift

Species €/m³ sit in files and memory. When a stand comes up, nobody trusts the number on screen.

Haul distance is guessed

Which mill is actually closest to this field? Teams estimate instead of ranking from the stand location.

Papers detach from the job

Contracts and waybills are buried in email — not tied to the cadastre when the truck is due.

Platform capabilities

Three tools harvest teams actually need.

01 · Pricing

AI-Powered Price Ingestion

Automatically ingest and reconcile complex price lists from PDFs or Excel. Turn unstructured data into a standardized price matrix instantly.

02 · Logistics

Geospatial Logistics Optimization

Match stands to the nearest mill in real-time. Calculate optimal haul routes that factor in road accessibility and delivery costs.

03 · Operations

Full-Lifecycle Operations

Manage work orders, track field events, and update yard piles. A fully synchronized field-to-office workflow.

Full-cycle digitalization

Nine modules. One forestry cycle — from registry to Zemesgrāmata.

Every stage of the forestry process runs through one system: state registry data in, priced sortiments, work orders, waybills, and audit-ready documents out.

Phase 1 Acquire & register 1.1 · 1.8
Phase 2 Plan & price 1.2 · 1.5
Phase 3 Harvest & track 1.3 · 1.4
Phase 4 Settle & reconcile 1.6
Phase 5 Renew & certify 1.7 · 1.9

1.1

Forest inventory & value forecasting

VMD + VZD API sync, drone/field measurements, standing-volume and financial-value projection.

1.2

Cirsma planning & preparation

Boundary mapping, dastošana input, VMD permits, auto-generated harvester work orders.

1.3

Harvest supervision & finance

Daily m³ tracking, machine-service invoicing, operator piece-rate pay ready for accounting.

1.4

Logistics & timber traceability

E-waybills, GPS tracking of loads and yards, per-km / per-m³ freight costing, driver pay.

1.5

Mill & yard price lists

Buyer price lists with acceptance rules; comparative analysis picks the best buyer per sortiment.

1.6

Purchased-timber value reconciliation

Import mill acceptance acts, link to e-waybills, auto-generate supplier settlement statements.

1.7

Reforestation & tending

Statutory replanting deadlines, seedling counts by species, young-stand tending and QC plots.

1.8

Acquisition & Zemesgrāmata registration

Deal CRM, field survey, contract generation, notary filings, state-fee calculation, title monitoring.

1.9

FSC certification control

Automated FSC FM / CoC compliance checks and a digital evidence base for annual audits.

1.1 · Inventory & value forecasting

Know the optimal cutting age before you commit.

The system models annual stand growth from taxation data — species, site index, age, basal area, density, height — and projects volume at +5, +10, and +20 years to find the point of maximum financial return.

  • Automatic API sync with VMD and VZD Kadastrs, SHP/GeoJSON import
  • Theoretical sortimentation priced against live mill price lists
  • Balance-sheet value: land + timber, net of planned harvest and logistics costs
  • Alerts for expiring inventories, registry mismatches, stands at final-felling age

1.2 + 1.5 · Cirsma planning & price lists

The bucking matrix follows the money.

Predicted sortiments are compared against current mill and yard price lists to find the most profitable cutting matrix — then the system generates a digital work order (DU) for the harvester: lengths, diameters, priority buyers, cirsma boundary map, and environmental constraints.

  • Sortiment forecast from dastošana and taxation data
  • Buyer acceptance rules — lengths, diameters, grades — stored per price list
  • VMD felling permits stored digitally, linked to the exact stand

1.3 + 1.4 + 1.6 · Harvest, logistics & reconciliation

Every cubic meter reconciled — from stump to settlement.

Daily harvested and forwarded volumes, e-waybills with GPS trace, and imported mill acceptance acts meet in one ledger. The system deducts harvest and logistics costs from sold value and generates supplier settlement statements automatically.

  • Machine invoices and operator piece-rate pay computed from tracked volumes
  • E-waybills linked to mill acceptance acts on import
  • Freight costed per km or per m³; driver pay from completed trips

1.8 · Acquisition & Zemesgrāmata

From first call to registered title — one pipeline.

Register offers and inquiries for forest properties and cutting rights, run field surveys, generate purchase contracts and notary filings, calculate state fees — and track every deal until the title is registered in the Zemesgrāmata.

  • Purchase and cutting-rights contracts generated from cadastre data
  • State and chancery fees calculated automatically per deal
  • Title-registration status monitored until the Zemesgrāmata act is issued

Frequently asked questions

Learn first, then sign up.

How does mySilva help with buyer prices?
Companies import and maintain buyer price lists per mill. Enter a cadastre and the system ranks nearby buyers with net price after haul — with no platform markup on timber.
Does the software optimize logistics?
Yes. Stand geometry is compared to mill locations so you see distance and haul cost. That supports choosing the best buyer instead of guessing from memory.
Do you support VMD and FSC workflows?
In the company workspace, documents stay linked to work orders and cadastre — harvest planning, records, and audit-ready trails. FSC tracking helps teams stay compliant during audits.
What is the work order flow?
From harvest planning through forwarding, yard, and delivery — one work order connects prices, volumes, operator tasks, and waybills. Less Excel and loose file folders.
Why doesn't mySilva belong to a logging company?
Because a manager who also buys timber has a structural conflict of interest. mySilva stays independent — neutrality is the basis of the service, not a competitive edge.
Is my data private?
Yes. The platform is private by default — other owners cannot see your forest value, work, or photos. Comparisons with other owners in your parish are anonymised — you see parish averages; nobody sees your exact plots. A public profile exists only if you choose it.
How do cookies and analytics work on mySilva?
We use essential cookies so sign-in and security work. Google Analytics loads only if you accept it in the cookie notice. See the Cookie policy and the retention overview in the Privacy policy.
How long do you keep my data?
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes we describe. Indicative periods for account data, forest records, logs, and optional analytics are summarised under “How long we keep data” in the Privacy policy.
